These minutes provide valuable information on relationships, locations, ages and other details about persons in this area for a time when few other records are available. All individual and place names are included in the full-name index, which also contains cross references for spelling variations. In the text, all surnames have been capitalized in order to assist the reader in locating them. Approximately 1,500 individuals are named in the minutes.
