Chiefly, a record of 15 generations of descendants of Richard Pace who was born in 1590 in Wapping, Middlesex, England. He married Isabella Smyth on 5 October 1608 in St. Dunstans, Stepney, Middlesex, England. They had one child George Pace who was born about 1609 in England. Richard Pace is credited with saving his Colony from an Indian attack by rowing over a river in the night from his plantation to James City and telling the Governor in enough time to prevent many plantations from being attacked the next day. Richard Pace died in 1625 in Jamestown, Virginia. Descendants lived in Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Texas and elsewhere.
