Imagine one day you suddenly incur a physical injury, a severe mental trauma, or are diagnosed with a debilitating disease. I have gained an intimate knowledge of many disabilities, as well as the impact upon each individual. I gained first-hand experience of the stigma associated with disability, and employer discrimination.
