Risky sexual behavior among adolescent is a transversal phenomenon that affect both Low and Medium Income and High Income Countries. The problem has been analyzed using the Bronfenbrenner ecological model. The population consisted of late adolescents (15 {u2013} 19), using both survey and focus group discussions. This descriptive study was carried out in four congested areas of Bangkok (Railway community, Tuk Daeng, Rim Klong Sam Saeng and Soi Sauan Noeng), with a selfadministered questionnaire distributed to 99 late adolescents (both male and female), and afterward three focus groups (one in Railway community with female; and two, in Rim Klong Sam Saeng, with female and male separately) were carried out. Independent variables, included micro (age, sex, attending school, having a job, having a source of income, alcohol consumption), meso (living with both parents, parental monitoring, parental communication, partner communication, peers{u2019} influence) and macro-level (urban environment and instant messaging). Descriptive statistics, Chi-square, and logistic regression were used to analyze quantitative data. The focus group was analyzed through theme extraction. This report compares three measures of emotional and behavioral problems, using data for children aged 4-17 years old from the 2001-2007 National Health Interview Survey in the United States. The measures were a brief version of the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire, a single answer checkbox on the survey, or a combination of both. Child injuries are largely absent from child survival initiatives presently on the global agenda. Through this report, the World Health Organization, the United Nations Children's Fund and many partners have set out to elevate child injury to a priority for the global public health and development communities.
