Excerpt from Reports of Cases Argued and Determined in the Supreme Court of Ohio, 1890, Vol. 46 The regular public sessions of the Supreme Court shall be held in the Supreme Court Room, in the Capitol, on Tuesday and Thursday of every week during the term of the Court, commencing at ten o'clock a. M., on Tuesdays, and nine o'clock a. M., on Thursdays, and only on other days of the Week by Special assignment, as the convenience of business may re quire it. And the sessions in the Consultation Room shall be between the hours of nine O'clock a. M., and six o'clock p. M.
