PWC's mission is to provide expert public works support to customers so, from planning through execution, they receive excellent environmental, utilities, transportation, maintenance, engineering and housing services in direct support to their missions. The center of Public Works Administration and Services are located in the northwest corner of the Naval Base. Other facilities providing utilities and support of zone maintenance are located throughout the base as required or available. Much PWC's real property was inherited from other activities since it was established in 1948.
