Hughes, Governor, 1910 Whereas, a vacancy exists in the office of Representative in Congress for Thirty-second Congressional District of the State of New York, consisting of the county of Monroe, caused by the death on the eleventh day of March, 1910, of James Breck Perkins, Representatives in Congress from said district; Now, Therefore, I, Charles E.
