L'étude porte sur la propagation des ondes planes dans une multicouche et consiste, plus précisément, sur l'évaluation non destructive de collages. De ce fait, nous avons mis au point un modèle de propagation des ondes planes monochromatiques dans un milieu multicouche. Plusieurs conditions aux limites entre chaque couche sont envisagées : conditions parfaites et conditions imparfaites (glissantes et intermédiaires), ces dernières simulant des mauvaises conditions d'adhérence entre couches. Le logiciel réalisé calcule les amplitudes complexes de chaque onde dans toutes les couches du milieu. Nous avons étudié, entre autre, les courbes de dispersion des ondes de Lamb généralisées soit par une analyse angulaire, soit par une analyse spectrale. Ce modèle a été généralisé en tenant compte à la fois de l'atténuation et du faisceau borné, ce qui nous a permis de reconstruire un schéma très voisin de l'expérience. Cette étude théorique a été appuyée par une étude expérimentale afin de mettre en évidence les différences observées sur les courbes de dispersion avec des structures bien et mal collées. Le modèle nous a permis de différencier, en basse fréquence, les bons collages des défauts d'adhésions sur des échantillons que l'aérospatiale nous a fournis.
