Il volume analizza la disciplina del procedimento sommario di cognizione dopo le modifiche intervenute in seguito alla legge delega n. 69/2009 e la riforma avvenuta tramite il d.lg. n. 150/2011. L’Autore, nella parte prima parte, tratta il procedimento sommario di cognizione “facoltativo”, disciplinato dagli articoli da 702 bis a 702 quater c.p.c.; mentre nella parte seconda sarà analizzato, evidenziandone le differenze dal modello codicistico, il procedimento sommario di cognizione “obbligatorio”, regolato dalle disposizioni comuni di cui all’art. 3 del d.lg. 1.9.2011, n. 150.
