Ce travail concerne l'etude des systemes dynamiques, decrits par des equations differentielles d'etat en general non lineaires, non stationnaires, perturbees ou dont les parametres sont mal connus. De tels systemes peuvent presenter des comportements complexes comme par exemple des ensembles ou trajectoires localement attractifs, dont il est interessant d'obtenir une estimation robuste. Pour de type de modele, les methodes basees sur la geometrie differentielle ne peuvent s'appliquer et la presence des incertitudes fait qu'il est impossible de garantir la generalite d'un fait observe sur quelques simulations. Le travail presente utilise donc la notion de systeme de comparaison, dont le principe est de comparer les proprietes d'un systeme complexe a celles d'un systeme plus simple (lineaire ou non). De tels systemes (majorants directs ou retrogrades) sont construits a l'aide de normes vectorielles. Le chapitre 1 introduit les notions qualitative (originales ou non) relatives a ces systemes dynamiques, notamment celles liees a la stabilite asymptotique d'ensemble, et celles liees a la stabilite pratique. Le chapitre 2 rappelle des resultats importants concernant les systemes non lineaires autonomes. Le chapitre 3 presente un ensemble de lemmes de comparaison (a validites locales dans l'espace d'etat ou/et et dans le temps). Ces resultats originaux servent de base (chapitre 4) pour enoncer les principaux theoremes concernant l'etude de la stabilite asymptotique d'ensembles. Le cinquieme et dernier chapitre s'interesse a la stabilite pratique et a la commande sous contrainte. Parmi les apports de ce travail, on peut citer: 1) le travail sur les systemes majorants non lineaires, 2) la proposition d'algorithmes pour l'optimisation des modeles majorants lineaires, 3) les resultats sur la stabilite pratique, 4) la definition rigoureuse de lemmes de comparaison generaux, c'est-a-dire a validite locale.
