Arturo Acosta Rodrguez was born at Delicias Chihuahua, Mexico on 1977, he grew up in several cities of that country, studying his first Major at Universidad Autnoma de Chihuahua obtaining his bachelor degree as Qumico Bacterilogo Parasitlogo, something like Chemist, Bacteriologist and Parasitologist. But after some years of working and studying he realize of his truly vocation and started to study Theology at Universidad de Montemorelos. Arturo Acosta Rodriguez naci en Delicias Chihuahua, Mxico; en el ao de 1977, creci en distintas ciudades, estudiando su primer carrera en la Universidad Autnoma de Chihuahua, obteniendo con la ayuda de Dios el ttulo de Qumico Bacterilogo Parasitlogo, pero luego de unos aos de estudios posteriores y trabajo, se percat de su verdadera vocacin e inici sus estudios de Teologa en la Universidad de Montemorelos.
