(NEWMOA) conducted a survey of the 6 New England states, NJ and NY to assess how they were measuring pollution prevention (P2) progress at mfg. facilities in 1993. The survey was conducted to provide information for a workshop on P2 measurement at facilities. This document contains 2 reports: (1) Status of the NE States' Programs, shows that most of the northeast states are requiring targeted facilities to measure their pollution prevention progress.
