Todo ello desde una premisa inicial, cual es la propia cultura innovadora de la organización, y que servirá de base para todo lo anterior .Un tema que suele pasar desapercibido es el referente a la recompensa de las personas yequipos de innovación. También este apartado hay que incluirlo, ya que nos referimos a la innovación enfocada a las personas.
