But there are many labor contracts signed with "hired in the position of manager". Basically, there may be many leaders labeled as managers.It is up to you as an individual to evaluate yourself based on indications and hints from this book, or other materials that you read, to think how you are behaving during your daily activities. Therefore, after reading this book, you will have a clearer vision to show you if you act more as a leader or more as a manager.
