Book Description
Forward by Lucus Louize (2017)This is the Special Annotated Revised Edition of Buck Neslon's booklet My Trip To Mars, the Moon, and Venus. Notice the word Venus in the title has been replaced by the Planet A. Why 'Planet A'? The A stands for Anonymous. Why replace the word Venus? The reason as you will soon see, is the problem all the Galactic Federation Contactees had when recounting their stories. The contactees often said they visited Venus or claimed the Space Friends came from Venus. This was actually memory manipulation by enemy groups of the Confederation against the Confederation contactees in order to discredit them because obviously there is no life on Venus. As stated in the book Mass Contacts by Breccia Bruno Sammaciccia writes: The opposing groups would use their technology to do things to the Confederation contacts like: "...altering documents, changing memories, even wiping out somebody's memories, injecting wrong feelings, as easily as if they were showing a movie. Our friends (the Confederation- ed) had often stressed that against all that the only possible defense should consist in a firm will..."Buck Nelson and the Space Friends gave advice for us all to live according to the 12 Laws of God:"THE TWELVE LAWS OF GOD(These twelve laws were given to Buck Nelson, at his farm at Mountain View, Missouri, on April 24, 1955, by men from the Planet A. These laws are followed faithfully and are not just something to mention occasionally.)LOVE: Love your Maker, your parents, your neighbors, all birds and animals of the earth. and everything in the sea and air.HONOR: Honor your God and parents. Obey God's law which is also man's law.OBEY: Obey God's law, your parents and the rights of others.THE LAWS1. Love your Maker...God.2. Thou shalt not kill...includes accidents and war.3. Love your neighbor.4. Let your light shine before men, and all will see your good works, and it will be an honor to you and your Maker...God.5. Thou shalt not commit adultery.6. Thou shalt not steal.7. Thou must do as thou wish to be done by.8. No other god shall be before thee.9. Do not take the name of God in vain.10. Honor your father and mother.11. Your body is God's. Do not misuse it in any way. Do not drink or eat anything that is not food. Use nothing to harm the body, either inside or out. Wear nothing on the body that harms it or is of no use.12. God made the heaven and the earth and we must give Him thanks for what he gives us.

Book Description
In plain English, at 4 a. m., a ray of light had been observed on the disc of the planet Mars in or near the "terminator"; that is to say, the zone of twilight separating day from night. The news was doubly interesting to me, because a singular dream of "Sunrise in the Moon" had quickened my imagination as to the wonders of the universe beyond our little globe, and because of a never-to-be-forgotten experience of mine with an aged astronomer several years ago...

Mission to Mars

Mission to Mars PDF Author: Buzz Aldrin
Publisher: Simon and Schuster
ISBN: 1426210183
Category : Science
Languages : en
Pages : 249

Book Description
Can astronauts reach Mars by 2035? Absolutely, says Buzz Aldrin, one of the first men to walk on the moon. Celebrated astronaut, brilliant engineer, bestselling author, Aldrin believes it is not only possibly but vital to America's future to keep pushing the space frontier outward for the sake of exploration, science, development, commerce, and security. What we need, he argues, is a commitment by the U.S. President as rousing as JFK's promise to reach the moon by the end of the 1960 - an audacious, inspiring goal-and a unified vision for space exploration. In Mission to Mars, Aldrin plots that trajectory, stressing that American-led space exploration is essential to the economic and technological vitality of the nation and the world. Do you dare to dream big? Then join Aldrin in his thought provoking and inspiring Mission to Mars.

The Big Book of Mars

The Big Book of Mars PDF Author: Marc Hartzman
Publisher: Quirk Books
ISBN: 1683692101
Category : Science
Languages : en
Pages : 257

Book Description
The most comprehensive look at our relationship with Mars—yesterday, today, and tomorrow—through history, archival images, pop culture ephemera, and interviews with NASA scientists Mars has been a source of fascination and speculation ever since the ancient Egyptians observed its blood-red hue and named it for their god of war and plague. But it wasn't until the 19th century when “canals” were observed on the surface of the Red Planet, suggesting the presence of water, that scientists, novelists, filmmakers, and entrepreneurs became obsessed with the question of whether there’s life on Mars. Since then, Mars has fully invaded pop culture, inspiring its own day of the week (Tuesday), an iconic Looney Tunes character, and many novels and movies, from Ray Bradbury’s Martian Chronicles to The Martian. It’s this cultural familiarity with the fourth planet that continues to inspire advancements in Mars exploration, from NASA’s launch of the Mars rover Perseverance to Elon Musk’s quest to launch a manned mission to Mars through SpaceX by 2024. Perhaps, one day, we’ll be able to answer the questions our ancestors asked when they looked up at the night sky millennia ago.

Mars and How to Observe It

Mars and How to Observe It PDF Author: Peter Grego
Publisher: Springer Science & Business Media
ISBN: 1461423023
Category : Science
Languages : en
Pages : 251

Book Description
Mars, popularly known as the Red Planet because of its distinct color, is visible with the naked eye and is one of very few planets in the Solar System in which it is possible to see weather phenomena and surface features and thus is a favorite for amateur and practical astronomers. Commercially made telescopes can reveal its dusty surface markings, brilliant polar ice caps, and atmospheric phenomena. Many of Mars's features appear to change shape and intensity with the seasons: its polar caps grow and shrink cyclically, clouds billow above the Martian surface, and sometimes great dust storms obscure vast sections of the planet. The first part of Mars and How to Observe It sets out our current knowledge of Mars as a planet - its orbit, physical characteristics, evolution over time, and current geology. A planet-wide tour of Mars's topography is featured, along with clearly labeled maps and close-up images of a variety of features. The second part of the book explains how amateur and practical astronomers can observe Mars successfully. Many aspects are considered in depth, including preparing to observe, calculating phase and tilt, and making observational sketches and drawings. There are also plenty of details about how best to make high-resolution CCD images. Since Mars changes in its apparent size in the sky according to its position in relation to Earth, it is best observed during its closest approaches. Future apparitions (appearances of the Red Planet) are therefore featured.
