v. 1 Includes a short history of Muscogee (Creek) Nation Tribal Courts, an explanation of the tribe's current governmental structure, a copy of the District Court Rules, and decisions issued by the trial court since its reinstatement in 1979. -- v. 2-3 contain the remainder of the opinions issued by the trial court since 1979. Each opinion in v. 1, 2, and 3 is prefaced with a case synopsis and a list of Research Points. -- v. 4 contains the rules of the Supreme Court and the opinions issued by the Supreme Court since 1979.
