La penetración de las tecnologías de la información en los diversos ámbitos de la vida cotidiana está produciendo profundos cambios en todos los sectores; en algunos, particularmente en la televisión digital, se están viviendo momentos decisivos que conformarán un nuevo sistema comunicativo social.
