Surely these delightful vegetable cakes are good for you, and eat enough of them and they give you a lovely tan. A safe way to look bronzed and healthy without exposing yourself to too much sun, perhaps the only way to get a tan in England these days. Imagining a world without cakes is a pretty bleak prospect.
