Susanna Johnson 16 Dec. 1792), Penelope "Nelly" (b. 1764, md. Thomas Markham 3 Dec. 1785), Parson (b. 1765, md. Anna Butler 31 Aug. 1784), and Owen (b. 1770, md. Sarah Sarah Markum 17 Feb. 1787, md. Rachel Musgrove 4 Mar. 1830). Joseph Wilkerson's second wife was Rhoda Lockett (b. 1 Feb. 1768, md. 11 Dec. 1800). She had one son: William Lockett (b. 11 Dec. 1811, md. Keziah Stovel Musgrove 1 April 1828). Includes descendants, chiefly in Virginia, of these five children.
