El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado, constituye un análisis del fenómeno laboral del Mobbing. Sin embargo, para dar una visión más personal sobre la materia, dado que el tema del Mobbing es muy amplio y se puede abordar desde diferentes disciplinas, he querido centrarme, sobre todo, en las consecuencias que tiene para las víctimas el hecho de haber estado sometidas a acoso laboral durante un tiempo determinado. Es evidente, que para poder llegar a las consecuencias, primero es necesario conocer en qué consiste el mobbing, y sobre todo quienes son las personas claves dentro de este fenómeno laboral, es decir, quien es el acosador, quien es la víctima y cuáles son sus posibles perfiles. De esta manera, la estructura del trabajo sería la siguiente: En la primera parte se realiza una aproximación, y se analiza la personalidad del acosador, es decir, cómo es y cómo se comporta con sus víctimas. En la segunda parte, se analiza en qué consiste el mobbing y sobre todo - y éste sería el objeto central del trabajo - las consecuencias que se derivan de dicho comportamiento. Y en la última parte del trabajo, se expone cuáles serían las medidas de prevención a adoptar, para prevenir estos comportamientos tan dañinos y por otro lado se expone un protocolo de actuación y tratamiento que se ha de poner en marcha en la empresa, una vez que el mobbing se haya detectado.
