Book Description
"And most certainly, thou (O Muhammad) are of most sublime and exalted character." (The Holy Qur’ân, 68:4) How the Topic Arose About ten years ago, a distant cousin of mine - Mr. Mohamed Mehtar Farooki gave me a typed quotation by the French historian, Lamartine. The quotation [A detailed exposition of the quotation will be found on page 38 ] purported to prove that Muhammad (pbuh), the prophet of Islam, was the greatest man that ever lived. Mr. Mehtar was in the habit of passing information on to me, believing that I might put the same to some good use at the proper time and place. Before this he had presented me with "The Call of the Minaret," an expensive book written by (Bishop Kenneth Cragg). By analysing this book I discovered the masterful deceit of the Christian Orientalists.

ISBN: 9672420366
Category : Religion

Pages : 51

Book Description
The Qur'an is the greatest miracle of God (Allah) and the Qur'an is the proof of the truthfulness of Islam. It is the standing and everlasting miracle, but very rarely, have we heard how is it a miracle? The Qur'an is the ultimate miracle of our Prophet Muhammad (Sallahualaihi wassalam - S.A.W). It is such a miracle that all the other miracles are considered trivial and inconsequential compared to the Qur'an. This is because the Qur'an is so powerful, so bright and blinding that no matter how bright the other miracles are; when you have the sun, the stars become useless. In this book, Dr. Yasir Qadhi discussed on the miracles of the Qur'an that we either have never acknowledge or we often overlooked. The miracles of the Qur'an are endless and the points are abundance to be mentioned.

The Miracle Ministry of the Prophet

The Miracle Ministry of the Prophet PDF Author: Christian Harfouche

Category : Miracles

Pages : 100

Book Description
The Miracle Ministry of the Prophet by Dr. Christian Harfouche "Today, in this liberal, double-minded decade, we need to contend earnestly for the God-kind of faith - not the religious form of faith, and not man's opinion of faith - but biblical faith. "Without faith it is impossible to please God, and without faith, everything we do is dead. Dead works will not benefit anyone; but faith works will empty a hospital room, raise a person from the dead, and open the blind eyes. Faith works will trigger the power necessary to override impossible circumstances. "Would you like to see the impossibilities in your life turn around because you, by an act of your will, are able to biblically trigger the power of God that is resident in you? Of course you would." "That's why I want to pour into your heart, confirm, and validate what God has already put within you. Then you can begin to rise to a level of faith where the manifestation of that invisible faith will become visible. "In other words, the devil will obey when you command him; disease will leave when you talk to it; the situation will turn around when you confront it - because you've got active faith living in you

The Jewish Context of Jesus' Miracles

The Jewish Context of Jesus' Miracles PDF Author: Eric Eve
Publisher: A&C Black
ISBN: 1841273155
Category : Religion
Languages : en
Pages : 441

Book Description
Scholarly literature on Jesus has often attempted to relate his miracles to their Jewish context, but that context has not been surveyed in its own right. This volume fills that gap by examining both the ideas on miracle in Second Temple literature (including Josephus, Philo, the Dead Sea Scrolls, Apocrypha and Pseudepigrapha) and the evidence for contemporary Jewish miracle workers. The penultimate chapter explores insights from cultural anthropology to round out the picture obtained from the literary evidence, and the study concludes that Jesus is distinctive as a miracle-worker in his Jewish context while nevertheless fitting into it.
