The Association was called to order by the Moderator, J. E. Bell, after prayer by A. T. Sims. The ('lerk being absent, Y. M. Rabb, on motion, was appointed Clerk, pro tem. It was made known to the Association that Elder L. W. Duke, as well as the alternate, Elder A. J. Lambert, was not present to preach the Introductory Sermon Ou motion of Y. M. Rabb, C. E.
