Mitchell Kendall, 101 Park Avenue, February 28, 1921 The Comittee gave the matter consideration and recommended that the medal be three inches in diameter, and if the Government of Venezuela would authorize the production of the medal that Anthony de Francisci be designated to make the design and model, which is to cost under the supervision of Mr. Fraser, who is to represent the Commission of Fine Arts in this matter.
