Book Description
Artificial intelligence and machine learning are replacing human work, even in marketing, just as has happened in the past in other manufacturing sectors. Experts haven't yet understood what is happening, and they continue to recommend the strategic marketing model. If marketing was an exact science then it may be reduced, with the scientific method, systemically and severely to observable and repeatable events which have precise and recognizable causes. So from these events could be developed one or more algorithm, on the basis of which it would be possible to create an automatic software able to handle scientifically each marketing campaign. Soon humans, advisers, which work strategically and scientifically would be replaced by machines. Thanks to the web's giants today everyone can have access to the most advanced marketing technologies easily and at low prices. This is no longer sufficient, and makes no difference anymore. What makes the difference today are: feelings, stories, experiences, meditation, emotions, irrationality, creativity, intuition... in one word the Magic! Spiritual Marketing is a system that wants go beyond the limits of traditional and strategic marketing choosing ideas and concepts of spiritual origin instead of the strict and at this point ineffective present paradigm. The author analyzes how some states of the soul with spiritual nature can lift up consultation and marketing strategy at an higher level, also because of techniques that derive from coaching and neuro-linguistic programming. He describes as an holistic approach, in concrete situations, can direct to an unpredictable and extraordinary solutions and intuitions.

Book Description

Cultural Genocide: How Radical Capitalism Destroys People’s Intellectual Skills

Cultural Genocide: How Radical Capitalism Destroys People’s Intellectual Skills PDF Author: Pablo Medina Aguerrebere
Publisher: Editorial Circulo Rojo
ISBN: 8410824469
Category : Literary Collections

Pages : 319

Book Description
Radical capitalists running some companies, public organizations, and governments resort to aggressive techniques to destroy people’s intellectual skills. Some examples of these criminal practices are preventing employees from enrolling in lifelong learning programs, forcing students to go to unfunded high schools, or allowing universities to become corporations that do not care about knowledge. Citizens need to be aware of these corporate behaviors; otherwise, radical capitalism will destroy their social consciousness and condemn them to be enslaved people who only work and buy products but do not think and do not understand society. In this book, I identify some of these practices and propose ideas to protect people’s right to learn. This book consists of five chapters, each focusing on different life stages: childhood (0-12 years), adolescence (13-19 years), adulthood (20-39 years), middle age (40-59 years), and old age (60 years and above). Each chapter includes 200 examples from different countries that prove how radical capitalists in some companies, public organizations, and governments try to destroy culture. This cultural genocide affects citizens throughout their lives.

Marketing Espiritual

Book Description

Cuban Youth and Revolutionary Values

Cuban Youth and Revolutionary Values PDF Author: Denise F. Blum
Publisher: University of Texas Press
ISBN: 0292739524
Category : Education
Languages : en
Pages : 287

Book Description
Drawing on extensive fieldwork in Havana's secondary schools, Cuban Youth and Revolutionary Values is a remarkable ethnography, charting the government's attempts to transform a future generation of citizens. While Cuba's high literacy rate is often lauded, the little-known dropout rates among teenagers receive less scrutiny. In vivid, succinct reporting, educational anthropologist Denise Blum now shares her findings regarding this overlooked aspect of the Castro legacy. Despite the fact that primary-school enrollment rates exceed those of the United States, the reverse is true for the crucial years between elementary school and college. After providing a history of Fidel Castro's educational revolution begun in 1953, Denise Blum delivers a close examination of the effects of the program, which was designed to produce a society motivated by benevolence rather than materialism. Exploring pioneering pedagogy, the notion of civic education, and the rural components of the program, Cuban Youth and Revolutionary Values brims with surprising findings about one of the most intriguing social experiments in recent history.

Spiritual Emergency

Spiritual Emergency PDF Author: Stanislav Grof
Publisher: Penguin
ISBN: 0874775388
Category : Religion
Languages : en
Pages : 273

Book Description
From Spiritual Emergency to Healing and Rebirth Increasing numbers of people involved in personal transformation are experiencing spiritual emergencies — crises when the process of growth and change becomes chaotic and overwhelming. Individuals experiencing such episodes may feel that their sense of identity is breaking down, that their old values no longer hold true, and that the very ground beneath their personal realities is radically shifting. In many cases, new realms of mystical and spiritual experience enter their lives suddenly and dramatically, resulting in fear and confusion. They may feel tremendous anxiety, have difficulty coping with their daily lives, jobs, and relationships, and may even fear for their own sanity. Unfortunately, much of modern psychiatry has failed to distinguish these episodes from mental illness. As a result, transformational crises are often suppressed by routine psychiatric care, medication, and even institutionalization. However, there is a new perspective developing among many mental health professionals and those studying spiritual development that views such crises as transformative breakthroughs that can hold tremendous potential for physical and emotional healing. When understood and treated in a supportive manner, spiritual emergencies can become gateways to higher levels of functioning and new ways of being. In this book, foremost psychologists, psychiatrists, and spiritual teachers address the following questions: What is spiritual emergency? What is the relationship between spirituality, “madness,” and healing? What forms does spiritual emergency take? What are the pitfalls — and promises — of spiritual practice? How can people in spiritual emergency be assisted by family, friends, and professionals? This groundbreaking work reveals that within the crisis of spiritual emergency lies the promise of spiritual emergence and renewal.
