La actual evaluación y monitoreo del cumplimiento de las obligaciones del Estado en relación con el derecho humano a defender derechos humanos ha sido más bien narrativa y anecdótica; se ha limitado a la mera documentación de agresiones y violaciones. This volume aims to go beyond the study of developments within Mexico’s criminal world and their relationship with the state and law enforcement.
