H.R. 13 (Hoekstra), the Museum and Library Services Act of 2003, was passed by the full House on March 6, 2003. In the Senate, S. 888 (Gregg), also titled the Museum and Library Services Act of 2003, was incorporated into H.R. 13 and passed by the full Senate in lieu of S. 888 with an amendment by unanimous consent, on August 1, 2003.
