Les freins les plus important semblent être le manque de formation, le manque de temps en consultations, l'absence de suivi global, et une gêne des professionnels face au questionnement des violences conjugales. Discussion et conclusion : Certaines améliorations sont accessibles comme l'intégration d'une formation sur les violences conjugales au programme officiel des études de maieutique ou la mise en place d'un suivi global dans les maternités. D'autres moyens, comme la distribution de fiches mémos (annexes) peuvent faciliter le dépistage et a la prise en charge des patientes en précisant les démarches à effectuer.
