L'apparition puis la la diffusion accelérée des techniques de traitement de l'information et de sa communication (TI&C) modifient les possibilités de manipulation et de transmission de l'information. Par ce biais, elles sont susceptibles d'affecter les modalités de coordination entre agents économiques. Létude de leur impact sur les relations bilatérales entre agents induit le recours à une théorie des contrats. Le modèle proposé repose sur deux éléments originaux. Primo, tout contrat peut ^etre décrit dans un espace à sept dimensions-allocation de l'autorité stratégique, de l'autorité organisationnelle, de l'autorié opérationnelle, système de garantie, mécanisme de supervision, système de rémunération et partage du risque, duréé- qui permet de qualifier les contrats tenant à la fois du marché et de la hierarche. Secundo, les critères de rationalité présidant à la conception des contrats-maximisation de la fonction objectif d'un individu ou maximisation d'un objectif communautaire-dépendent du pouvoir de négociation confère aux agents par les actifs qu'ils détiennent. On déduit, et on teste, que seules quatre dimensions des contrats sont touchées par l'impact de la télématique...
