L'ankylose dentaire est une anomalie d'éruption dentaire caractérisée par la disparition progressive du desmodonte et par l'absence de mobilité. Mise à part l'apparition d'une ankylose suite à un traumatisme dentaire ( intrusion, luxation latérale ou expulsion réimplantation); il reste difficile de connaître avec certitude l'étiologie de l'ankylose. Différents outils permettent de poser un diagnostic précoce afin de limiter les dommages. Ces conséquences peuvent être majeures pendant la croissance de l'enfant: la résorption de remplacement qui entraine le remplacement progressif de la racine par de l'os, le développement d'une infraclusion, la perte de l'os alvéolaire. Il n'existe aucun traitement permettant de prévenir ou de traiter l'ankylose et la résorption de remplacement qui la succède. Ainsi, nous détaillerons les différentes thérapeutiques permettant de préserver les tissus de soutien, de prévenir et d'intercepter les complications de l'ankylose afin d'accompagner au mieux la croissance alvéolaire de l'enfant. Des arbres décisionnels pour la prise en charge de l'ankylose des dents temporaires et des dents permanentes sont proposés pour guider le praticien dans la prise de décision thérapeutique.

The Finnegans Wake Notebook Edition is a fully integrated and cross-referenced edition of all the extant work-books compiled by Joyce after the completion of Ulysses. It will be published as a series of fascicles, one per authorial notebook, three per scribal notebook, fifty-five in all.
