L'école maternelle réaffirme, à travers les programmes de 2015, son rôle clé dans la réussite scolaire de tous les élèves. Pour y parvenir, une place primordiale doit être consacrée au langage, notamment à l'enseignement de vocabulaire. Je me suis donc interrogée sur les moyens didactiques et pédagogiques qui permettraient de favoriser cet apprentissage. Ma démarche s'est donc centrée plus particulièrement sur l'hypothèse que la catégorisation favoriserait l'acquisition du vocabulaire en compréhension et en production d'une part, et profiterait autant aux petits qu'aux grands parleurs d'autre part. Pour y répondre, une séquence d'enseignement a été mise en oeuvre et a permis de déterminer la véracité de mes hypothèses. Les résultats et les informations obtenus par la mise en place de ce protocole et de son analyse m'ont permis d'admettre que la catégorisation favoriserait l' acquisition du vocabulaire dans ses deux sous-domaines que sont la compréhension et la production. Elle favoriserait aussi l'acquisition du vocabulaire chez les grands-parleurs et les petits parleurs.

L'une des priorités actuelles des apprentissages à l'école maternelle (instructions officielles du MEN de 2015) est relative au langage. Dans une démarche réflexive sur les outils d'enseignement, nous avons mené cette recherche afin de savoir si le recours à un album de jeunesse, plus précisément par le biais des illustrations qu'il comporte, favorisait l'acquisition lexicale chez les élèves ayant des fréquences d'interventions verbales différentes d'une part, et permettait le passage de la représentation au réel (connaissance du monde) d'autre part. Le recours aux instruments de recherche, utilisés au sein d'une séquence d'enseignement, nous a permis de confronter nos hypothèses à la réalité. Les informations obtenues lors de séances de langage, accompagnées de moments ritualisés, nous ont permis de penser que l'exploitation d'un album de jeunesse favorise l'acquisition du lexique chez des élèves d'école maternelle, qu'ils soient petits ou grands parleurs. La population ayant participé à cette recherche semble également pouvoir généraliser le lexique appris lors de la séquence en l'appliquant correctement face à différentes représentations. A l'école maternelle, en petite et moyenne sections, les élèves doivent acquérir un bagage lexique minimal. Comment favoriser cette acquisition du vocabulaire chez les P.S. et M.S. ? Telles sont notre problématique et notre hypothèse. Au cours de ce dossier, nous nous efforcerons de répondre à ces questions à travers une séquence sur le vocabulaire des vêtements. En effet, notre dispositif d'apprentissage met en oeuvre des séances spécifiques et des réinvestissements transversaux tout en variant les situations de travail pour favoriser l'implication des élèves. Cette séquence d'enseignement est encadrée par deux évaluations dont la comparaison des résultats a permis de valider globalement notre hypothèse tout en montrant certaines limites.

The three concepts mentioned in the title of this volume imply the contact between two or more literary phenomena; they are based on similarities that are related to a form of ‘travelling’ and imitation or adaptation of entire texts, genres, forms or contents. Transfer comprises all sorts of ‘travelling’, with translation as a major instrument of transferring literature across linguistic and cultural barriers. Transfer aims at the process of communication, starting with the source product and its cultural context and then highlighting the mediation by certain agents and institutions to end up with inclusion in the target culture. Reception lays its focus on the receiving culture, especially on critcism, reading, and interpretation. Translation, therefore, forms a major factor in reception with the general aim of reception studies being to reveal the wide spectrum of interpretations each text offers. Moreover, translations are the prime instrument in the distribution of literature across linguistic and cultural borders; thus, they pave the way for gaining prestige in the world of literature. The thirty-eight papers included in this volume and dedicated to research in this area were previously read at the ICLA conference 2016 in Vienna. They are ample proof that the field remains at the center of interest in Comparative Literature.
