À l’autre bout du spectre de propositions, la transition énergétique renvoie à un ambitieux projet de reconfiguration des modes d’appropriation de l’énergie, ainsi que de diminution globale nette de la consommation énergétique de toute nature. Parce qu’elles sont irréductibles à leur seule dimension technique et qu’elles impliquent des débats publics, ces options indiquent que les choix en matière énergétique seront, plus que jamais, des choix de société. Or, ces choix se matérialisent par des configurations institutionnelles et territoriales spécifiques, qui constituent autant de " chemins " de la transition énergétique. Ainsi, loin de s’imposer de manière uniforme, cette transition prendra des formes variées, témoignant de l’état des rapports entre énergie, économie et communautés territoriales. C’est à l’examen de ces formes dans leurs particularités nationales et territoriales, ainsi qu’aux conflits d’acteurs et aux dynamiques institutionnelles qu’elles recouvrent, que souhaite contribuer le présent ouvrage.

This book assesses the many changes that have occurred within the European Parliament and in its external relations since the Lisbon treaty (2009) and the last European elections (2014).
