Este libro presenta un modelo de intervención dentro de la psicología vocacional o la orientación profesional, el Seminario de Gestión de la Carrera, desarrollado para becarios de investigación, en el contexto portugués. Se describe el marco teórico de referencia, los objetivos, la estructura, los contenidos y los procedimientos de cada una de las sesiones, así como la evaluación durante todo el proceso. El objetivo de este trabajo es dotar a los profesionales de la orientación de una herramienta para asesorar sobre la propia carrera de jóvenes adultos y adultos, fomentando comportamientos y actitudes de agencia personal.
