Les concepts de la culture de la sécurité et des facteurs ont besoin de la nécessité de la pratique de la gestion des risques et de la sécurité des entreprises technologiques. Ces thèmes comprennent des aspects subjectifs généralement étrangers ingénieurs et techniciens dans leurs activités de routine. Ce travail aborde de tels concepts en les synthétisant et en indiquant une méthodologie applicable à toute entreprise technologique. L'étude de cas choisie pour la méthodologie de l'emploi est l'analyse de sécurité du système d'échappement et l'abandon d'une unité d'exploration et de production de pétrole et de gaz de type FPSO (flottant, production, stockage et déchargement). Le choix d'un FPSO était basé sur la recherche de la thèse de doctorat qui est originaire du livre, mais les systèmes d'évasion et d'abandon ont des applications généralisées dans une installation ou des moyens de transport d'édification. Les systèmes d'échappement et d'abandon mettent en évidence l'interaction humaine × Système toujours présent dans toute entreprise technologique que si elle s'intensifie pendant une urgence. Les recherches originales ont créé un modèle 3D représentatif d'une FPSO et, grâce à des simulations informatiques considérées davantage de 30 groupes différents scénarios accidentels qui postulent des fuites de gaz, des incendies et des dysfonctionnements navals. Les conclusions expérimentales ont été évaluées des statistiques et offrent d'analyser l'identification des opportunités des améliorations des améliorations du projet et de la qualité des procédures. Cela entraîne l'augmentation de la qualité de la gestion des risques et de la sécurité. Les simulations développées dans la recherche ont obtenu une correspondance suffisante avec les caractéristiques des aspects techniques et opérationnels d'une FPSO, ainsi que de reproduire les aspects comportementaux des facteurs humains et des aspects de la culture à partir desquels caractériser le supposé des opérateurs d'exploitation des unités d'exploitation et la production d'offshore Type de pétrole et de gaz FPSO.
