Il presente volume analizza in maniera organica il corpus di norme che disciplina il complesso sistema dell'istruzione scolastica. Complessità dovuta alla compresenza di fonti eterogenee, fonti di diverso grado (Costituzione, Raccomandazioni europee, leggi ordinarie, regolamenti e linee guida ministeriali). L'indagine delle diverse disposizioni normative è mirata, in quanto si concentra essenzialmente sui provvedimenti elencati nella "Parte generale" (Allegato A) del programma concorsuale indicati nei decreti ministeriali (D.M. 205/2023 e D.M. 206/2023). Al fine di agevolarne lo studio il compendio è suddiviso in tre parti rispettivamente dedicate: - alle competenze degli attori del servizio d'istruzione scolastica (governance nazionale, organi monocratici e collegiali di autogoverno e personale docente) nella cornice dell'autonomia scolastica; - agli ordinamenti didattici del primo e del secondo ciclo d'istruzione nel contesto normativo nazionale ed europeo e al sistema di valutazione; - alla componente dell'inclusione e dell'interculturalità, con attenzione all'integrazione di alunni e alunne provenienti da contesti migratori. SI segnala, inoltre che la trattazione è aggiornata al nuovo CCNL Istruzione e ricerca sottoscritto il 18 gennaio 2024.
