Psycho Girls in Bondage

Psycho Girls in Bondage PDF Author: Stephen Pentacoste
Publisher: Deicide Press
ISBN: 9781840686722
Category : Bondage (Sexual behavior) in art
Languages : en
Pages : 0

Book Description
Irving Klaw was the legendary New York-based mail order merchant who, between around 1949 and his eventual prosecution for obscenity in 1966, produced thousands of films, photographic sets and printed booklets based on themes of fetishism, bondage, and sado-masochism. Although best-known for his discovery and promotion of the iconic bondage model Betty Page, Klaw's greatest legacy undoubtedly lies in his pioneering publishing work in the field of bondage illustration. Klaw's earliest bondage art series -- which he published as photographs in sets of episodes -- were mostly themed around images of girls fighting. But Klaw's activities soon attracted other artists, such as Eric Stanton and Gene Bilbrew ("Eneg"), who offered work more firmly based on bondage, restraint, and cruelty. The popularity of this type of art was quickly established, and Klaw went on to produce dozens of sets by a whole range of like-minded artists throughout the 1950s. PSYCHO GIRLS IN BONDAGE is a new anthology which collects some of the most outstanding examples of bondage art and fiction originally published by Klaw. The featured artists are Stanton, Eneg, Jim, Ruiz, and Dixon, all stalwarts of Klaw's bondage-art catalogue. The book includes over 200 images. Klaw Klassix is a new illustrated book series of classic "non-nude" erotic art and fiction, dedicated to preserving and presenting the very best works originally published by Irving Klaw.

As well as hundreds of photo shoots, she also made numerous films with Klaw, often on themes of bondage and discipline which verged on transgressing the laws of the time. A 7-volume booklet collection of Betty’s most striking photographic bondage poses, accompanied by descriptive text throughout, was published by Klaw between 1960 and 1962, under the generic title BETTY PAGE IN BONDAGE. This special ebook edition of BETTY PAGE IN BONDAGE, VOLUME 3 presents all 30 original photographs along with all 30 pages of original text.

You Are There

You Are There PDF Author: Jean-Claude Forest
Publisher:
ISBN: 9781606996485
Category :
Languages : en
Pages : 0

Book Description
You Are There is an unexpected collaboration between the darkly cynical Jacques Tardi and the playful fantasist Jean-Claude Forest (of Barbarella fame). It is set on a small island off the coast of France, where unscrupulous landowners have succeeded in overtaking the land from the last heir of a previously wealthy family. His domain now reduced to the walls that border the patches of land he used to own, the half-mad fellow prowls the walls all day, eking out a living by collecting tolls at each gate. His seemingly hopeless struggle to recover his birthright becomes complicated as the government sees a way of using his plight for the sake of political expediency, and the romantic intervention of the daughter of one of the landowners (who has her own sordid history with the politician) engenders further difficulties. Set in Tardi's preferred early 20th century milieu, You Are There is drawn in his crisp 1980s neo-"clear line" style, gorgeously detailed, with impossibly deep slabs of black.
