En este trabajo se presenta una investigacion de un ambiente laboral casi olvidado, donde se realizan tareas que nosiempre han sido consideradas como trabajo, donde existen seres humanos que desean progresar, alcanzar reconocimiento, ser alguien; seres humanos que suenan con la vida mientras trabajan con la muerte. Nos estamos refiriendo al trabajo, en los ambientes de morgues. Convencidos de que alli se realiza un verdadero trabajo proponemos que deben aplicarse los criterios que imponen el estudio cientifico del trabajo, las distintas normativas de la O.I.T.sobre higiene y seguridad a fin de que deja de ser una tarea realizada en condiciones inadecuadas y se transforme en un trabajo digno como cualquier otro trabajo. El trabajo es digno porque el hombre que trabaja es digno y el himbre es digno de estar hecho a imagen y semejanza de su Creador.(AU).
