En France, tout décès suspect doit faire l'objet d'un obstacle médico-légal. Celui-ci est de la responsabilité du médecin. Un signalement est fait auprès du Parquet et le magistrat décide des suites médico-judiciaires à donner. La pose de l'obstacle médico-légal n'est pas toujours aisée et la décision finale reste l'apanage du Procureur. Objectifs : Etudier l'impact réel de l'obstacle médico-légal sur les décisions médico-judiciaires prises par le Procureur ainsi que la fréquence de discordance entre les décisions médico-judiciaires en pratique et les recommandations européennes. Méthode : Il s'agit d'une étude descriptive, rétrospective, monocentrique, incluant 2327 décès relevant du CHU de Dijon sur l'ensemble de l'année 2017.
