Introduction. Le travail posté présente des effets sur la santé physique et mentale. L'objectif du travail était de faire un état des lieux des problèmes de santé associés aux différents horaires de travail dans l'entreprise NTN-SNR ROULEMENTS afin de sensibiliser direction et salariés sur le sujet à partir de leurs propres données, de mieux justifier et cibler les efforts de prévention, dans une perspective plus globale d'éducation et de promotion de la santé. Méthode. Un auto-questionnaire anonyme, crée à l'aide d'outils validés, a été proposé à 1500 salariés travaillant en 2x8, nuit, journée, ou 12 heures. Il explorait les risques cardio-vasculaires, troubles du sommeil, risques psycho-sociaux, difficultés de conciliation entre vie familiale et professionnelle, ainsi que l'absentéisme. Résultats. 1250 salariés ont répondu (participation de 83%), permettant une cartographie très complète des variables mesurées en fonction du type d'horaire. Le tabagisme est associé aux horaires atypiques. Les scores de somnolence et de fatigue sont moins bons en 2x8 et associés à des difficultés à concilier vie familiale et travail, ainsi qu'à un déséquilibre du ratio effort/récompense. Parmi les actions menées suite à cette étude, des consultations de sevrage tabagique ont été proposées et une attention particulière a été portée sur le lien entre troubles du sommeil, risques psycho-sociaux et difficultés à concilier vie familiale et travail. Discussion. Cette étude, qui a impliqué service médical, direction de l'entreprise et CHSCT, a permis de mieux connaitre la santé des salariés selon les horaires de travail, de sensibiliser à ces déterminants de santé, et d'orienter la prévention.

Over the 20th century, Morocco has become one of the world’s major emigration countries.
