In the end, you will always get to the root of the fear or insecurity that has been making your mental health miserable. Discard what you have written: Don't forget, discarding everything you have written the most essential step. The purpose of writing all your negative thoughts down on a paper is not to keep coming back to it in the future and make yourself miserable. If you feel that you have said everything that you had to say, there is no point in holding on to it. Throw it away. Do whatever you want to do, rip it away, put it on fire, crumble the paper and throw it out of your life, when you are getting rid of the piece of paper, get it off of your mind as well. This is the most fulfilling step out of all. The whole point of doing it is that when you physically discard the paper, you will mentally dump it out of your system as well.
