This file also contains two code description lengths: the 35-character code descriptions and the full, unabbreviated code descriptions. Single user and network orders include one copy of the AMA HCPCS 2004 Level II code book. This data file is provided in a tab-delimited file format and can be used in any database, spreadsheet, or other application that accepts a text (TXT) file format. This data file is not software.
