Mr. Speaker, it is my sad duty to announce to the House of Representatives the death of Hon. George S. Legare, a Representative from the State of South Carolina. I shall not take the time of the House now, but on some future occasion we Shall ask the House to pay proner tribute to his memory. I offer the resolution which I send to the Clerk's desk.
