Les recherches en orthophonie restent peu nombreuses concernant l'evaluation de l'efficacite des pratiques. En depit des difficultes que soulevera cette etude, les objectifs seront de tester les effets de l'utilisation d'un nouveau materiel (Reflexion lecture) sur la comprehension de recits des patients presentant des troubles de la comprehension. Ce materiel entraine les competences sous-jacentes qu'elle requiert. Notre population comprend 43 patients du CM1 a la 4eme, suivis en orthophonie, toutes pathologies confondues. Cette population comporte un echantillon temoin et un echantillon qui a utilise le materiel pendant cinq mois. Trois epreuves, issues de bilans testant les aptitudes a la comprehension de recits, ont ete realisees afin de comparer les difficultes et competences des patients avant et apres l'utilisation du materiel. D'une part, nous evaluons l'efficacite du materiel de reeducation de la comprehension ecrite quelles que soient les pathologies, et malgre la multiplicite des variables. D'autre part, nous observons si l'entrainement de capacites sous-jacentes faibles ameliore la comprehension ecrite de recits.
