Por lo tanto tendrán una mayor durabilidad - un año - y conservan sus propiedades vitales que son necesarias para los seres humanos. La comprobación de la factibilidad se realizó con el estudio de mercado, el estudio técnico, el estudio administrativo y legal, el estudio económico y el estudio financiero; igualmente se determinó los beneficios económicos y sociales del proyecto como también el impacto ambiental que causará la implementación del proyecto.
