Hill AFB will allow Roy City Corporation to provide improvements to its culinary water system. The proposed action, alternate locations, and the no action alternative were all considered. Temporary construction related emissions would be created. Long-term air emissions would be limited to operating the emergency generator approximately 100 hours per year.
