She is the director of forensics and the former chair of the Communication Studies Department. She is also an adjunct professor at Pace University and Medger Evers University and the founder of and a consultant at Nnaliag International Marketing. In addition she is a co-founder of Miklah Scrubs LLC. Dr. Greaves-Venzen earned her doctoral degree in rhetoric and intercultural communication from Howard University. Her research focuses on political commentary Calypso music, Caribbean, American, and African culture, intercultural communication, and rhetoric.
