IN SPITE OF RADIATION LEVELS MEASURED TO BE 1,000,000 R/H AT 1 FT FROM THE SURFACE AND TEMPERATURE VARIATIONS OF 5 DEGREES C ON USED CONTROL RODS, FLAWS AS SMALL AS 0.001 IN.
