Aristotle and Natural Law lays out a new theoretical approach which distinguishes between the notions of 'interpretation,' 'appropriation,' 'negotiation' and 'reconstruction' of the meaning of texts and their component concepts. Evolution, furthermore, defuses the two absolute laws of heaven and hell, and by thus paves the way for the law of man to exist in an independent reality.
