Ce manuel aidera les parties prenantes à acquérir les compétences nécessaires à la mise en place, à tous les niveaux de gouvernance, de structures et de systèmes capables de lutter efficacement contre la discrimination et de favoriser les changements nécessaires. Ce manuel s’inspire en particulier des travaux sur la discrimination systémique entrepris par le programme des Cités interculturelles (ICC) du Conseil de l’Europe. Chaque module du manuel comprend des informations sur les approches de la collecte et de l’analyse des données sur l’égalité, ainsi que des exercices de réflexion, un quiz, une checklist et des documents de référence. Ce manuel offre aussi, en annexe, un glossaire interculturel réunissant les termes clés dans ce domaine.
