En 2020, les français ont été confinés en raison de la pandémie à Covid-19, qui a brutalement bouleversé le quotidien de toute la population. Cette étude qualitative a décrit les effets de la pandémie et du confinement de mars 2020 sur les enfants bas-rhinois de moins de 6 ans, et a comparé les vécus des familles selon leur mode de vie. D'une part, la situation a eu un impact important sur les familles. Les enfants ont manifesté des signes évocateurs de mal-être et d'anxiété, ont présenté des troubles du sommeil et ont majoré leur temps passé devant les écrans. Les parents ont admis avoir été plus tendus avec leur enfant. D'autre part, le confinement a été vécu de façon positive pour certaines familles qui y ont vu un temps donné inattendu. Il a alors permis à certains de renforcer les lien familiaux. L'ensemble des familles a donc présenté des troubles au cours du confinement, mais à des degrés différents, certaines familles ayant été plus vulnérables que d'autres face à la situation.

Introduction : la pandémie de COVID-19 a projeté notre pays dans une réalité à laquelle il était loin d'être préparé. Chaque être humain aura été concerné par cette crise sans précédent dans l'histoire. Une des premières mesures urgentes envisagées en France fut la fermeture de toutes les écoles, ne sachant pas encore si les enfants étaient fortement contaminés ou contaminants. Au moment où la France se prépare à affronter la seconde vague de SARS-CoV-2, nous avons mené une étude sur l'impact du premier confinement chez les enfants de maternelle (3 à 6 ans) au niveau du département du Vaucluse à travers le regard des médecins de PMI et des enseignants d'école maternelle. Matériel et Méthode : il s'agit d'une étude transversale descriptive, réalisée à partir de données recueillies par des questionnaires en ligne auprès des médecins de PMI ainsi que des professeurs de maternelle du Vaucluse. Résultats et discussion : si les enfants sont en grande partie épargnés par l'épidémie, ils ont subi les conséquences du confinement et de l'anxiété généralisée. La promiscuité et le rapprochement familial ont engendré une montée des violences intrafamiliales. L'attention, le poids ainsi que le sommeil, trois déterminants essentiels dans le développement d'un enfant de 3 à 6 ans, ont été impactés. Il est retrouvé, à la rentrée de septembre 2020, plus d'enfants porteurs de troubles de l'attention, davantage d'enfants à surveiller au niveau des acquisitions et une majoration d'élèves présentant une difficulté inhabituelle à passer vers le niveau scolaire supérieur. Il faut ajouter à cela des retards de diagnostic et de prise en charge. Ce confinement a accentué les inégalités entre les élèves. L'étude illustre la résilience et la capacité d'adaptation des jeunes enfants, moins impactés que leurs aînés. Les élèves ont trouvé de nombreux avantages au confinement : présence parentale à domicile, disponibilité paternelle accrue, soutien privilégié lors de la réalisation des activités scolaires, diminution de la pression sociale, renforcement du lien d'attachement ; c'est le « confinement-cocoonant ». Au-delà du risque sanitaire, c'est la répétition et l'effet cumulatif des mesures coercitives qui risquent de perturber fortement l'équilibre psychique des parents. Les petits, miroir des grands, pourraient alors être plus touchés dans l'avenir.

Introduction : en mars 2020, à la suite de l'annonce des mesures de confinement, la pandémie de COVID-19 a impacté la santé mentale des enfants et des adolescents, conséquence de la fermeture de lieux de socialisation tels que les écoles et les centres de loisirs, entrainant au mieux une perte de contact avec le réseau amical, l'éloignement du milieu scolaire, au pire une cristallisation de problèmes familiaux ou sociaux préexistants . Cette altération de la santé mentale est en corrélation avec la majoration de l'incidence des tentatives d'autolyses médicamenteuses au niveau national. Objectif : cette étude a pour objectif de comparer l'incidence des intoxications volontaires par médicament et substances diverses chez les enfants et les adolescents de la région Nouvelle-Aquitaine avant et pendant la pandémie de COVID-19, en décrivant les caractéristiques et leurs facteurs de risques. Méthode : étude descriptive, longitudinale, monocentrique, entre le 1er janvier 2018 et le 31 mars 2021 Résultats : les intoxications volontaires ont été plus fréquentes pendant la pandémie, comparativement aux années précédentes. Elles ont concerné principalement les enfants de sexe féminin et on constate une augmentation des taux d'intoxications volontaires chez les enfants de moins de 12 ans et de 12 à 13,9 ans. La gravité des intoxications a également augmenté pendant la pandémie, avec une augmentation des cas de gravité faible, modérée et sévère et une diminution des cas de gravité nulle. Les personnes ayant des antécédents médicaux ou psychiatriques ont été plus à risque d'autolyse médicamenteuse pendant la pandémie. Les agents à tropisme neuropsychiatrique ont été plus utilisés par les suicidants pendant la pandémie. Discussion : le contexte actuel démographique médical et la complexité de prise en charge de ce problème en santé publique invitent à réfléchir sur l'optimisation des réseaux locaux dans le cadre d'une prise en charge pluridisciplinaires.

Fred Busch ponders if it has been fully recognized that some post-Bionions suggest a new, radical paradigm for what is curative in psychoanalysis.
