The numbers 2688 to 20988 are in storage. Numbers 20989 and on are at the Polk County courthouse, Des Moines, Iowa. Contact the Probate Clerk of Court for information about these last two groups.

It lists name of deceased (first column), administrator or executor (second column), and date of decease (last column). The complete packet, taken from the boxes, are on microfilm in the Mahaska County Clerk of Court office at the court house.
